First time using this service for my dads birthday week in Myrtle Beach and we enjoyed it. He liked the fact that all he had to do was get in a chair and he drove wherever he needed it to go.... A major PLUS to the lady who works here because she emailed and called me to make sure everything was set and great and even when my aunt passed and we needed to change dates she changed it with no problem. So the experience was great and the customer service was great. Only issue was my dad felt bad with us having to break it down and build it up all week but it was worth it to make sure he enjoyed himself. HE LOVED IT SO MUCH HE WANTED TO PURCHASE ONE BUT WE ALL KNOW TO INVEST IN ONE WOULD BE ALOT. BUT THANKS TO EVERYONE INVOLVED. WHEN WE.GOT TO THE HOTEL IT WAS ALREADY THERE AHEAD OF US ARRIVING. SO A GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL. WOULD USE AGAIN.

Unmanned but still convenient. You just call the number, pay over the phone, and get the code to unlock the scooter. Best way to do things these days, really.

Quick comment: Bill went above and beyond to help my grandmother without making a dime. Can't thank him enough! Full story: So, after realizing that the mobility chair was simply too dangerous, my grandmother finally invested in an outdoor elevator. Unfortunately, it left her stranded a couple times and after having two electricians tear it apart, they both determined that the up-and-down switch on the cart itself was bad. The installing dealer said it was out of warranty and would not assist. After calling the factory myself, I was given the name of Bill's company in Myrtle Beach. I spoke with Bill and he told me they do not service the Wilmington area since it is too far away. He went on to ask me what the problem was and after I explained it to him he said he would call the factory for me, because it may still be under warranty. He said I would hear from him in approximately an hour. After about 10 minutes he returned my call and said he had something for me to try. He told me the factory admitted there was an issue with that switch and that it simply needed to be physically adjusted slightly. After doing exactly what he told me to do, the elevator worked great. Can't thank Bill enough, he did 100 times more than the installing dealer and knew that he was not going to make any money on this job, since we are not in his service area. Thank you Bill!!
