Was not happy at all thought my coat was fixed and in good condition and ready to go and after paying them to fix my zipper on the coat the next day it's broke again and they were charging me again to fix it again so yeah I do not recommend them at all poor service.

I used Nancy a few times for multiple items of clothing each time. I did not have a problem with her work except for one dress she forgot to shorten one sleeve, and I took it home with pins still in the sleeve. I suppose if I just had that one item I would have tried it on in her store and would have noticed this right away. She doesn't except anything but cash, which is an inconvience. There is an ATM machine in the parking lot though. She was quick (within a week) for multiple items of clothing. I found her prices to be reasonable too. I will go back to Nancy for further alterations.
