The receptionist I set up my appointment with was very kind and patiently explained the new patient and office visit procedure. When I arrived I was welcomed with a genuine hello and did not wait long to get in a room. The nurse taking my vitals was very sweet and assisted with questions I had on the paperwork. Dr. Hashim saw me in a timely manor and greeted me with a cute \hello sunshine.\ We discussed the issues I am having with my back in great detail and came up with a plan to begin trying to isolate the issue and treat the cause. Glad I found the center and feel great about working with her.

Dr Hashim is a professional and compassionate Dr. Her staff is friendly and there is a positive attitude throughout. She will tell you exactly what she thinks and let's you decide how to proceed. She has really helped me with my chronic pain. Wonderful experience.
Dr. Hashim was the best, she is the only Dr. to get me out of pain. I don't know what I would have done without her.
I was recently seen at the center for pain management. I was treated with complete disrespect. Dr. Hashim was rude and even swore when asked about filling out some paperwork. I tried explaining it to her but she waved me off and said take it to the girl at the desk, which I did. Was told there would be a 25 dollar fee for doctor to only sign her name on a form! I paid it and immediately regretted it. I am still in shock about how I was treated.
Terrible staff, unprofessional. Stay away.
