I was so nervous. Everyone there especially the nurses in the back with their professionalism and kindness made me feel so much better. My anesthesiologist was confident and direct, but calming and sweet which I needed. Dr Gundlapalli is extremely intelligent and calming as well. Thank you to all the Employees at Midwest Endoscopy. I would recommend everyone here!

The nurses were great - kind, personable and knowledgable. The front staff were not as friendly-focused on their work but I suppose it was 6:30 am. Dr. Jain not so friendly or personable - he expect then nurses to give me my results and follow up information and they couldn't answer my questions. He did come to talk to me but due to his jumbo mask it was impossible to understand him and as best I could understand him -he wasn't able to answer my questions. I felt he really didn't know anything about me or my past history - disheartening since he has done my past 3 colonoscopies. Plus, he wanted me to go for genetic counseling but could explain why...I'm taking my care to someone else

The staff and the Dr were great. As is usual for this experience (if that's what you call it) the prep is the worst part. I scheduled early and was taken right in! An hour later I woke up and was done!
