We paid to have our jet skis delivered to our dock. After Nick refused to deliver them he then refused to refund our money. He was screaming and so unbelievable rude I was speechless. I’m shocked at how he treated me as we have always been more then kind and professional in dealing with him. We will NEVER do business with Nick and his company again.

Ken and the crew are excellent people. Very honest and knowledgable staff, attentive to your needs. Took care of my problem the first time and gave me piece of mind knowing the repair was complete. The boat was as clean as when I dropped it off for service. They earned my business!
We had a horrible experience. To start, it took over 1.5 years for them to repair our boat and the boat was repaired incorrectly. That resulted in us having to take the boat elsewhere and have another 11,000 in repairs done. Here are a few of the things that come to mind that were done incorrectly: - the wrong gel coat color was used (something pretty basic) - the wiring was done incorrectly resulting in the boat not going in reverse - the T-Top was mounted incorrectly which lead to the deck and T-Top separating - leather that was replaced was a totally different color than what was on the boat - there was very little communication throughout the process even though I sent regular emails requesting updates They may have other reviews that are good, but I'd strongly recommend going with someone who is going to do the job right the first time.
These guys are the best in town. I have been a greatful custmer since 2010. You will always be treated with professionalism and courtesy. Service mechanical is top notch. And they even have boat sales!
In a day and place where Quality, Timeliness, and Customer Care are only unmet marketing promises; I have to say that I am delighted with Gulf Shore Marina! We experienced a pretty bad crash with our 7 month old Axis 24 Wake Boat. The insurance adjuster prepared us for at least a 4 week (and up to 8) repair window. On a recommendation from Nick Cankar (Wakeboard Naples) we took the boat to Gulf Shores. They began immediately working with the insurance company, and AMAZINGLY, after ONLY TWO WEEKS we received a call from co-owner Ken Main to pick it up! It runs and looks NEW AGAIN! I can't say enough good things about their service!
