I loved my stay at the Inn of Naples ! The hotel had everything I loved ! Pretty well kept grounds, clean, superb customer service, very nice pool and lounge area, great location, updated shower, room was spacious enough and very good priced for everything you receive!! I will definitely bring my family back here and recommend it to other family and friends!! Thank you so much

The stay was good and the staff was very pleasant. But... I'm convinced that they have bed bugs. My 9 years old son and I have been itching with unexplained bumps that continue to increase even after our 3 day stay. We lived in Minnesota for 5 years and kow that these are not mosquito bites and have never experienced itchy lesions like these before.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Very quiet. Pretty close to the beach and pier. Right on Tamiami trail.

We stayed here for 8 days and it was good at first but the first disappointment was breakfast. There was nothing warm, most days it was gronola bars and then only two days of the whole week there were pastries. Throughout the week we then kept discovering lots of black hair in the towels and even in between the bed sheets. Not something you want to see during covid . Also no one in our family has black hair. One of two TVs also didnt work the whole entire week! We asked to get it fixed and it only lasted one morning. It was until they changed out the tv for a new one that it didnt work again!! Also the sofa bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Compared to the location, I expected more from the hotel. However, the shower was super nice and we got large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. One of them was broken though and it was left used by the previous guests. Location was wonderful, safe area, nice layout of the hotel.

Ours was a fine stay. The separate bedroom was a plus. The grab and go breakfast was a disappointment. We will stay here again.

Love this place, VERY respectful employees. My husband and I have been given privacy like no- other hotel we've ever been to and especially with *****GREAT***** prices like this one and still being extremely clean, nice furniture and FREE wi-fi...I would definitely, 100% give my recommendations to stay there. FYI: they are also great about keeping your health a priority in their hotel, so if you stay there please show the same amount of respect back to them. :) Have a Great Day(and night)*
