You can't go wrong at the Nardelli's here in Naugatuck. Really, really! You might look at their menu, and be like "Whoah, that's expensive..." Here's the thing, one whole sandwich is good for at least 2 (or even 3 or 4!) meals, depending on your appetite! The grinders n salads are HUGE, and very fresh! Tasty beyond belief. Also, we have a "picky eater" in our household, and they're great at handling funky order requests. A major plus!
I've been to the Oxford, Waterbury and Southington locations and can say there's something positively different about the Naugatuck location. Always great quality here you know you'll be walking away with some great sandwiches. Don't feel pressured to get "everything" on them (olives, cucumber, hot sauce, etc), they're fine with customizing your order. That is a game changer when you order specifically to your preference. Leagues above a Subway sandwich. Make sure to get the potato or pasta salad, too!

Guess quality goes down and price goes up. Used to be best bang for your buck when it came to grinder shops, but not anymore. Grinders are still pretty good, but not what they used to be.
