We had initially visited the dealership to test drive a different vehicle and after driving three different vehicles, we fell in love with the one we purchased. Our sales specialist, Rich, was so great. He knew details about each car, was so kind and patient with us and really wanted us to get the vehicle that was right for our family. I just moved from Massachusetts to New Hampshire, and I did get the pleasure of meeting some of the management team at Volvo of Nashua. I was very impressed with how down to earth, and knowledgeable each individual was, while answering the questions I had their wisdom reaffirmed my initial reason for choosing Volvo. The showroom was very beautiful! The atmosphere was professional, and inviting; giving a sense of belonging and comfort. Overall, this dealership certainly has a well established management team, emphasizes the importance of a very helpful sales staff, and a showroom like no other! Personally, I believe this is the best Volvo dealership I've visited and experienced in New England. .

I'd been looking at the Volvo V60 Polestar Engineered for a few weeks, but not a single Volvo dealer within hundreds of miles had one in stock. So I decided to take a chance and see if Lovering would order one for me. (A couple of years ago, I tried to order a custom Mustang, and the Ford dealer flat out said no, so I wasn't expecting much.) But these guys really came through! I met up with Rich Metellus, got the order placed with the factory, and he stayed in touch all through the process, until the car was ready to be picked up. He also promptly answered all of my questions about hooking up internet in the car and ordering custom parts. I'll definitely be buying from them again when it comes time for a new Volvo! But for now, I'll go and enjoy this one :)
