I thought this class would drag on, but our instructor Lindsey was wonderful and zipped us right through! She was very clear and did wonderful getting us all to participate! I feel very comfortable moving forward from this class in knowing how to spot warning signs and how to diffuse any situation if they were to occur! It's a serious business and a fun one! I know what's for me and has me covered. Thank You for this course!!

I was resentful about taking a 5 hour course but it was well worth my time. I feel like learned so much that I never knew about alcohol. My instructor Lindsey Pippin was amazing as well! She taught us exactly what we needed to know on the test and more. If you decide to take a class and have her as an instructor, be prepared for energy and funny stories to keep you alert!
I had a confusing time with my money and they were willing to work with me so I could serve. The class was in a nice location and felt like a very safe learning environment. Our instructor was funny, upbeat, and kept the class engaged. The 5 hour period flew by and the test was well explained so we all passed! Thank you so much! Best way to get your permit!
Norman was such a great instructor! He made the class very interesting and entertaining. The location of the class is an added bonus. East Nashville is such a neat place, and the coffee shop across the street makes for a great visit during the break. I am very satisfied with the instruction of this class. I would recommend Norman to anyone in need of their certification!
