Visiting Nashville for the 1st time and my bff and I decided to get a tattoo. I called and got an appointment within 24hrs, no consultation visit required, and there is a 70 shop minimum. The staff was very friendly, nice, and helpful. They didn't were masks, but they were funny, patient, and understanding with a tattoo beginner like myself. I would definitely recommend this place.

Sent an email asking for an appointment on my birthday while I was staying in Nashville. I received an email very quickly asking if I had reference photos. I sent photos and a detailed description asking for an approximate price and approximate time frame for the tattoo. I never heard back from anyone for weeks. I decided to give them a second chance. A woman answered the phone and said she would speak with an artist and call me right back.......never happened. My daughter had the exact same issue. We were going to do tattoos for both of us on my birthday and piercings as well. Very disappointing customer service and never had this happen with any other tattoo shop. **Update** Nashville Ink did email me back and I missed it. I apologize to them for missing it and they were nice enough to call and try to fix the situation. I appreciate their time.
First professional tattoo. Thank you Nashville Ink for popping my pro-cherry!!! From the moment I sat down in the chair to when I left, jokes were flying between the 2 artists there tonight. I had to work harder trying not move from laughter, than it was to hide the pain. Great atmosphere, great price, and even better staff. Will be back!!!

I just got my septum and the lady was so sweet and professional I wish I tipped her . It was no pain didn’t hurt at all!
