The docketing Clerk handling my case is either incompetent or is wanting me to lose. I filed a personal injury complaint, clearly explained the elements of negligence and personal injury, and she claims to have read through it and claims it’s a contract case... UMMM NO. I clearly state in my Complaint that no contract is needed to establish liability on Defendant (a famous celebrity). I even called the clerk and she claimed to not be able to hear me and so I had to speak loud and I explained to her it’s a personal injury case and it was really surprisingly hard to have her change it. Even after all of that, the nature of the case is still not changed to personal injury. This is unprofessional.
