They will work with you from start to finish to make your perfect one of a kind piece. True craftsmanship and knowledge is what makes Eddie and his staff a step above all the rest. This is the most professional, high-quality jeweler around - and is the only place I'll go. Here's why: when I inherited my grandfather's bracelet, I wanted it engraved. He lost his battle with cancer, and having barely survived my own, this bracelet was meaningful. They rushed the order (3 days instead of a week), polished it to perfection, and didn't charge a thing \for the inconvenience.\ Even though it's not gold (it's brass, according to a free assessment they gave me), I only gave them a vague idea of what I wanted in Créole and ended up with a stunning piece. Don't have a clue what \inconvenience\ they're talking about; all I know is that the whole family is dedicated, efficient, and downright kind.

She has exquisite taste and an unparalleled eye for design, plus she is kind, trustworthy and really listens to our wants and needs. We recently had that original diamond reset in a custom setting designed by Kacy and I had 2 beautiful rings created for my daughters from the rest of the stones from my original setting. My deceased mother-in-law's engagement ring was worn to the point of breaking and together we created a gorgeous necklace that will become a family heirloom. I came here to purchase an engagement ring and was helped by Kacy. She showed me a few rings to get an understanding of what I was looking for and then helped me find the perfect one. She then walked me through the different grades and cuts of diamond and again helped me find the perfect diamond to put in the ring. Overall it was great service, a great collection and a friendly experience that made me feel welcome there. I'll definitely be back
