Entire process was a positive experience. Stephanie was my sales contact. She was constructive and showed me refrigerators on her laptop. She explained their process for I was contacted prior to date and answered questions about the health of us here at home. I was given a window for time. was text book perfect. Everyone wore a mask. I am very pleased.

The work man was good. He found the issue had to order the part and made another service date to install. When the part arrived my wife called to let the service department know the part was here and in good conditional. They up dated our service date and had it installed the next day. Great Job

Elijah was the repairman that arrived to my house. I had wanted my wash and dryer serviced just to make sure they were ok. The night before Elijah showed up my oven did some crazy stuff and I had error code and the oven would not turn on. Elijah not only did diagnostics on the oven, but educated me about my oven. My oven works great now. He answered all my questions. The washer and dryer were fine, but he taught me things about my washer that I did not know. I appreciate a great technician that educates the customer! This is a happy customer!
