I attempted contact using the form on their website. I even tried a second time (directly from website, as directed) Never heard a word. My guess is they require you to call or visit in person Changing the email address did indeed receive a prompt response. I was able to have the jewelry viewed the same day. Due to complexity in appraisal, the process is ongoing. I am changing rating to 4 stars pending completion. (expecting to be 5 star when final) Once connection was made, the process has been a breeze. I even ask him to look into replacing a damaged stone.
