The staff was friendly ,an I truly hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully this can save someone else’s clothing from being ruined .I went to pick up my sweater from the cleaners an it was returned to me with stains on it .Then was sent back to get spot cleaned an it came back two sizes to small .I was very nice about the situation while Mangment (Chad )did nothing.I ask for my sweater to be returned immediately to avoid future damage .An was informed that is was shipped off to a different location.They completely ruined my sweater.An took no accountability for there actions .This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaners .An also traders have a responsibility of care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015”.That sweater meant a lot to me , an I truly thought I left it in good hands with natural cleaners but I was sadly mistaken..( Hales corner location )
Better than across the street. Where the owner doesnt give a damn. They repaired my piece from what the business across the street ruined.
They pressed my black suit to the point where it now has shiny points on the lapel. The suit lost its shape and the right arm seam is puckered.
Unfortunately I can only give one star, or else I would give it none. We had a terrible experience with customer service and service overall. All our items were lost and the owner’s response was “there’s nothing I can do. It’s lost and I’m not paying you for it. You can sue me if you want”. I haven’t found a way to get him to pay back a 200 dress he lost. Do not get anything done with this company.
