Well kept. Good community. Affordable living. My sister lives here and I visit from out of state. Love the lot sizes. It is in quite corner of town.

I've lived here 2 years this April. It's been a nice quiet Mobile Home Park. Well maintained properties. The streets are done much like a regular subdivision would be. I bought my 20 year old but refurbished trailer from the park outright when I first moved here. Lot rent has increased 5% per year. With the current growth of Park City, expect to see less and less empty lots in the year to come.

Cleaner than many in town, certainly more expensive than many and typical MH community. Sadly the rules of the community only apply to those who actually care. 15mph speed limit translates into "as fast as you can get your mufflerless Honda going", kids could care less about property, they have worn a mud path through my yard taking their shortcut. Fences are not allowed, those that have them are "grandfathered" so don't think you can put one up to keep the traffic down, keep your yard nice or keep the dozens of roaming cats from doing their "business" in your lawn. Supposed to be a weight/breed limit on dogs, and again, rules that only those who care take seriously. DO NOT take your passive dog for a walk on a leash unless you carry self defense to equalize against the 100#, untrained dogs being walked by 50# kids who have no control over them. The ladies in the office running the 2 parks do try their very best to make these nice parks. The corporation that owns the parks is working to move in new homes all the time and you can see that they do care. Sadly, many of the residents do not care but in a park where you rent your space, these things will never change, it's the nature of the beast.

All in all a good place to rent&or buy, besides being pricey but all of park city is more of a higher priced land because it has alot here for such a tiny city and not being a rich city too.
