I was excited and we drove to see the amazing place selections. As much as I would like to rate this highly the service was terrible! Also did you know they didn’t want our service? Lol we waited 10 minutes to see if anyone would help us because we all (6 of us) were ready to buy a ton. Mind you most of these don’t have a price on it. So it’s kinda inconvenient. So we got in line and waited another 15 minutes. Then when we were next, we asked if we could find out prices, the guy had the nerve to tell us “just let me know and I’ll tell you” and the registers are on the opposite side of the store. So we all were interested in multiple items, how would we know by memory which ones we want. Then we asked him if he could come and show us over there and he refused! Refused!!!!! He wanted to attend the people behind us, yet it was our turn and we already waited a lot in the first place. This whole service seemed like a joke. So we went to wait for him by the counter and more people came in. So we waited another ten minutes and decided to leave. They weren’t serious about selling I guess because we were interested in multiple items. They had workers in the back just lounging. This store has potential and lots of stuff to sell but only if you’re lucky enough to get an employee who cares about customer service and ACTUALLY SELLING you stuff. Would not recommend it unless you have 1 hour to spend on waiting AND if you know the specific one you want without browsing for multiple ones. In the end we ended up going to a target and settling for What target had. I never write reviews but I definitely don’t want anyone to waste their time. Especially serious collectors or people who enjoy playing card games. They do have all the prices and huge selection on funkos if that’s your thing!

Don't waste your time on this place. We drove over an hour to go shop here and was extremely disappointed. Service is a joke. Only one guy at the register with an attitude that won't get off of the chair to grab an item thats behind the counter for you to look at if you are interested in buying. Multiple, what i assume are employees just lounging in the back chatting it up with each other. Most items do not have prices and if they do have a price its not what they are willing to sell it for. They think they have the most mint and exclusive items, when in reality most of the itmes are just collecting dust, damaged and in poor shape. If you are thinking of shopping here, dont waste your time. For example, i brought up about 6 pops to the register and most of them i was just going to buy to support a local business and to finish off some collections. A couple of them are just 5 pops and they wanted 20 when the post it note said 10.
Good experience the first time I brought cards in to sell honest pricing and assessment of my lot. Second time got a different staff member and felt much different about the experience. Overall they seem like honest guys and they had plenty of inventory but always hard to tell what a fair price is for a lot of stuff but of all gaming card places this experience was the best I've had in Chicago
Has anyone sold funko pops here I want to see if it's worth the drive
I ordered a product online and was very worried about the day of delivery. The staff was very responsive and courteous to my many emails addressing this concern. In the end, it was delivered in a timely manner and was overall a good experience.
