If I could give negative -100 starts, I would. They ruined my 300 blouse and the owner looked me straight in the eye and told me I brought it in like this to get a free shirt. I brought over 4,000 worth of clothes and he has the audacity to say this! He did not refund, nor did he apologize. Horrible ownership! Don't bring your clothes to this place, if you don't want your wardrobe ruined.
Money machines took 5 for a card that never dispensed. Miraculously, it worked on the 2nd try. 10 for 1 card. No staff on site.
Great customer service here. Had never used a laundromat before and the woman working was kind and attentive in making sure we knew how to do everything. Also clean.
