We reached out to this company several weeks ago and spoke with someone named Nick, who stated that he would call us back. After three more calls and messages he never called us back, so we decided to reach out to another company. After speaking with the new company, we booked their services everything worked out perfectly and our event went well. On a similar note, when the other company was at our home we noticed that the signs and keyboard they used were the same ones we saw on Class A Valet's web site. We asked if they were the same company and we got a quick \Absolutely not\ reply. When I showed them Class A's web site, they pointed out that the equipment in their pictures is theirs, so apparently Class A is using other company's equipment, which seems a little shady to us.
Hired them for a private event in the Hampton's. The owner Nick was very accommodating and very easy to work with. Pricing was great compared to other quotes I received. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks Nick!
Nick and his team provided valet service for a party at my home in Centerport. It is very hilly, so I did not want my guests to park on their own. They arrived early, were very courteous, and handled each car with care. When some guests were staying later, they moved each car into my driveway and brought the keys inside. I could not be happier and will use them again.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I’d be doing our community a disservice by not sharing this fantastic experience I had with Class A Valet. From the moment I first picked up the phone, to our current relationship today, their founder and owner, Nick, has been a truly exceptional person to work alongside. His professionalism and passion for his business are unprecedented. He genuinely cares about his clients and their needs. I hired Class A for a private event I was having at one of my properties. Every person working the event was buttoned up, clean cut and demonstrated sincere professionalism throughout the entirety of the event. As a matter of fact, after the event, several folks who attended went out of their way to tell me how gracious and caring the valet drivers were with them and their vehicles. If you’re the type of person, like me, who is looking to make a statement and takes every detail of your event into consideration, then look no further - Class A Valet is the company for you.
