I’ve owned a Wilkes pool for years and never had a problem until now. I can’t get anyone from Wilkes to return a call! I’ve left multiple messages, emailed and filled out the form on the website- not a single response. Is Wilkes pool even in business anymore ?

Signed contract to have liner replaced in July 2018 and they never got job completed until November 2018!! Was too late in year to run pool and had to close pool immediately and paid them 10,000 for project as they wouldn’t wait for their money until spring. Opened pool in May of 2019 only to find pool would not hold water. Pool has been unusable whole summer of 2019 because it does not hold water. They’ve done nothing to fix problem. These guys are unreliable crooks and take ZERO pride in their work. Only want to do slop job and get paid. Stay away!!!

Terrible service. Waited 8 weeks for pool to be installed (after being told 2-3 weeks). Had to call multiple times to even get a return call. When pool was installed they tore part of the liner by the skimmer and they couldn't understand why it was leaking. They finally replaced the liner a week later and the sand underneath is so uneven that it feels really bumpy when walking in the pool. Skimmer basket started rusting after a week. Overall very poor service.
