These are the best! No clinking tags in the middle of the night, which means we don't ever remove their collars. Ever lost a dog with no collar? Not anymore. These tags and engraving last 10 years. Our dogs have two tags, one with home info and one with summer cabin info. Happy repeat customer.

This was our first breakfast in Harlemso we decided to try Nespresso Boutique Bloomingdale's Sherman Oaks for their croissants. I had eggs Benedict and it was excellent. Very buttery and a great hollandaise sauce.

I'm not sure what it is but this is my 2nd Nespresso Boutique I have visited and the customer service is lackluster at best. I know that Nespresso has a proprietary machine and that you can not get their coffee through any reseller. This is highly inconvenient, spoken from someone who literally orders EVERYTHING through Amazon Prime, but add to that this sort of snooty, air of false authority that their sales people seem to have. I had a similar experience at the boutique at the Americana in Glendale. In both my experiences, including Sherman Oaks, I just felt like Julia Roberts in the movie "Pretty Woman" where she goes to this high end boutique on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and the sales lady snarkingly states "I don't think we have anything for you, please leave" it's like I sort of missed the memo on living up to the customer image of Nespresso coffee. So I have come to the conclusion that this must be Nespresso's overall feeling on customer service - overinflated, difficult to get - oh wait! just like their coffee! In my opinion, it sucks that they don't value customer service or rather demand it as is evident in their exorbitant coffee costs, shipping costs unless you spend like 50 and if you recycle their pods, which they are more than happy to supply a prepaid return label you don't even get a little discount. NOTHING. Until then I guess I will continue my Nespresso journey because that's is one thing I can say, and why they can get away with bad customer service, because their coffee is outrageously good.

Bought some coffee and when asking for promotions employee talked to me like I was a nuisance 0 customer service. I get better customer service and service from the Nespresso app.
