Tina Thompson at the passport office is so sweet and patient. I had a very difficult morning with a newborn baby and getting to my appointment. I was a few minutes late to the appointment and even forgot to fill something out for my baby’s passport application. She definitely turned my super stressful day around and for a brand new mom that really helps so much \u003c3

i want to share another view to this place.First of i want to thank i believe her name was tina for being wonderful and kind.I had to walk to the courthouse today and i was very rough and personal to me.the county clerk ladies were wonderful. not only did they helped me with all the paperwork as fast as they could ,they also were kind and understanding. Thanks to all of you.you are making new braunfels a better place..
