Absolute garbage service. I cannot order replacement filters for my unit online so I must call, but when I do I either have long wait times or am told that the agent assigned to my area is out on \lunch\ and she will call me back. I have never received my call back, and am quite literally trying to call in again as I write this. They encourage you to leave a message, but you can't even do that as their mailbox is full. If you end up waiting to get on the line with someone you will just get forwarded to the mailbox anyway. What an absolute sham of a company.

I would look around for a better water softener company. I spent 4,000 on a water softener for the home and was sold on the idea of a \lifetime warranty\. I have now had two issues where I attempted to reach out to customer support. It takes weeks to get a call back, and DuPure wants to charge 250 every time they come out, no matter if the repair is covered under warranty or not. What a scam. UPDATE: Dupure commented below offering assistance. I sent them an email right away and never got a response. Worst customer experience I have ever experienced.

My wife and I chose Dupure when we built our Chesmar home in the Harvest Hills Community in 2016. We've had constant problems with the softener since. The customer service is poor and the company manager wants to charge an exorbitant fee of 189 to repair their product, yet again. We do not recommend this company.

We were relly impressed by the customer service of Dupure in relation to an issue we had, that ended up being not due to their filter instalation, but to a faucet built by our builder. They were very responsive to us during Thanksgiving day and sent a technician to diagnose the issue right away, by the next day.

I would shop around for better pricing! We’ve had our system going on two years and they are wanting to charge over 700 to come services. Our neighbors used a different company and not only was it cheaper they got a bigger unit but also got the whole house filtered. They literally paid half of what we paid for ours. When I say run from this company do it as fast as you can. Just for replacement filters for my 3 stage reverse osmosis system was 260. That’s why I wait to do reviews to get a complete review of companies not just when they install. Good look
