I love working for Interim and have so for the past 2 years!! This is the best company that truly takes care of their employees. I have a 2019 company car, tablet and phone. Other home health companies I had worked with, i had to use my car and do my paperwork after visits at home. That would be an additional 8 hours unpaid on the weekends. It's a great team of nurses, therapists, office staff all obtaining the same goal. High quality patient care!!. When a company takes care of its employees you have better patient care to. But if you don't have high standards,like Shane whom left a negative review. You are accounted for and let go. Glad he isn't a part of our awesome team. Was not worthy, neglectful, unaccountable. Not someone I would want caring for my family member. Give the best. Get the best in home health.

Nurses..... Do you like contributing to Medicare fraud!? Do like working two weeks in a row, nights and weekends!? Do you like not having a clue what your daily schedule will look like, no training, and no supplies!? Then come on down to Interim home health in New Braunfels cause they need a few good saps to take advantage of. If you are organized, ethical, and want to make good money, this may not be the place for you. But if you only want a visit or two a day and don't mind driving hundreds of miles to do it and waiting till noon to get your scheduleth, this may be the place for you. It has the potential to be a decent place to work but my experience was subpar at best. I learned now to be cautious of companies that exist on Medicare dollars, cause they'll do some shady things for that reimbursement!
