Had to use emergency after hours service last night when our furnace stopped heating our home. The technician seemed unsure how to fix it and spent 3 hours at our home. He told us it needed 3 different repairs that would total 2500 and we’re better off getting a new furnace. He left without fixing anything and said he’d see if we could get a replacement Saturday. Something felt off so I set up other estimates for Saturday. I ended up talking to their sales guy who said they couldn’t replace anything for another week because they’re booked up. I got other estimates and were told I needed a 100 fix and the part will be ordered. The other person who came to check it out got it to work and said the part is not major where we can run it and wait for it to come in. Completely shady and deceiving. I’m very disappointed that I almost replaced my furnace for no reason, went without heat overnight with a baby, spent all day getting estimates and talking on the phone. What a giant waste of time. I’ll be calling Monday to get my 219 service fee refunded since they did NOTHING but lie.. That or their techs have no idea what they’re doing.

The technician was on time and called ahead to give me a heads up that he would arrive in 20 minutes. This is great because it gives me time to corral my Border Collie who has a major barking fit when someone shows up unexpectedly. He was professional, courteous and answered all the questions I had. Furnace went out on a weekend. The on call technician Sheldon was able to provide same day service. The part that was broken wasn’t carried but he got it within two days and installed it first thing Monday morning. They are very upfront about costs. It’s not cheap but it is definitely worth the price. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Customer for life now.
Matt our service technician was very Professional. He called plenty in advance of his visit. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained a couple things I asked about, answered questions and was genuinely concerned about adding value to his visit by taking time to show me rather than just tell me when I asked questions. I would highly recommend Matt.
Great communication from the office and service professionals. Very professional. I purchased a ductless system from them for my home and it was exceptional value, great install, and great follow-up maintenance check-ins.
