We used New England Restaurant Brokers to list our nightclub on the North Shore this past Fall 2018. The process was tiring but our broker handled the transaction with perfection. Every time there was a problem , the broker was able to quickly solve it. They were actually able to get us full asking price and helped us navigate the endless paper work nightmare. They knew more then our attorney when it came to the closing and all the necessary documentation. We can't thank New England Restaurant Brokers enough for the smoothest transaction ever!
