Once again, Mulch Mart for the win! I have used your company for many years and you've always outdone yourselves with outstanding products and customer service. I'm happy you explain things as I have no idea where to start when I begin, which is why I usually go to your website, do my homework, get ideas and measurments, then come in to complete the process. Thanks again for making my projects fun and my property beautiful!

We like to support local businesses and have shopped here before. Stopped in to get some stone for a project and were treated terribly. There were a few stones laying out that were damaged looking that we did not want but we were told we had to take what was there before opening a new pallet. At 6 a stone why would we purchase them looking like that? After explaining that the stone was being used for a focal point not just a walkway or something and that we just needed undamaged items.... the man at the desk told us like it was... we can't pick the stone.... we have to take the bad ones...etc. We didn't think our request for decent product for the price they charged was so out of line.... he didn't even offer a discount on the bad stone or to work with us in any way. It ended up that he told us we could take our business elsewhere.... so we're doing just that.
We are first time home buyers. Therefore this was the first time buying mulch/gravel in bulk instead of from a box store. Didn't even know how much material is in a yard. So that was my first question when I got to this place. The lady working there said that one yard would fill up the bed of my pick up truck (2016 Toyota Tacoma 6ft bed) twice. So I thought it would probably better to pay the 45 ship to home fee instead of making two separate trips. Had to wait a week for delivery and I paid upfront. When the truck came I was shocked at the small size of the pile of gravel. I thought, this pile must be half a yard since it could easily fit in my truck. I called them and they were extremely rude, basically saying they never told me that a yard would fill up my truck twice. So i decided to go there in person and speak to the manager. I explained to her what I was told and that if I knew that a yard would easily fit in my truck I would've just picked it up myself. She didn't even apologize and said I would need to buy another yard if I needed more. Didn't offer a discount or anything for giving me wrong information. I basically got swindled and they took zero responsibility. I went to another establishment for another yard, they filled up my truck (ONCE) and I was on my way for half the price. Please beware. And make sure you don't walk around because they lose their minds if you try too. Terrible, just terrible.
They have a great selection of affordable mulch and stone. They also have a lot of other supplies for a DIY backyard project, like grass seed, weed cloth, pavers, shovels, etc. I was able to finish my entire backyard for a tiny fraction of what it would have cost to hire professionals. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that I can support a local business by shopping here instead of at one of the national chains, while also saving money.
Great quality and extremely reasonably priced. Mr. Adamis is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The employees work quickly and efficiently. Everything is taken care of and loaded for you. The customer service is truly top notch. Highly recommend!
