I think I'm one of the luckiest residents in this place. I have a beautiful lot (big). My neighbors are great and I can honestly say I've never really had any issues here, maintenance is always on top of repairs when i needed them and the office staff is great. I can't wait for things to open up again so we can have pot luck bingo every month! We (the residence) miss that!! Looking forward to signing another years lease next month (with only a small rent increase which is to be expected after 2 years)! This will make number 3 (years) for me and my family.

I just purchased my first home in November! Jeff helped me find the most perfect home for myself, my kids, and my dog! The community is super pet friendly and I love that so much! I’ve been here for about 3 months now and I have absolutely no complaints, and I’m so happy I picked this community over the others I looked at. This park is clean, maintained, and one of the best in macomb county. I love it here! It’s kept up very well and doesn’t have any old or beat up homes like most of the others. Im happy here and glad I picked this place to call home for my first home!
When I was looking to move just over 3 years ago, I didn't have the best credit. The staff worked with me and helped me look at all of my different options to get into a newer home that I could afford. The community is kept clean. The maintenance crew has been attentive and fast in resolving the few issues I had while I was renting. I have since purchased the home I have been living. My experience with the Meadow Creek staff and management has been very good. I would highly recommend this community.
Only been here for a little over 5 months and it's been great. Staff was welcoming and the house we have is perfect for my family. Definitely recommend if you have kids. All the kids play together everyday its nice to see.
Been here 12.5 years. Never had a problem. Clean, quiet and staff has always been polite.
