Great service, enough time to enjoy each other, before the food arrives. The food is great . Get the KFC bao (chicken), ask for extra sauce. All the flavors are more subtle, but great. The pad Thai, has a great smoky flavor. The Tom yom flavor is not as strong as others but still good in it’s own way. It’s a must to go again place!!

This was my first time ordering from Noodle Shack. It took some time for them to make the food but it was 100% worth the wait. The chicken was beautifully seasoned and the shredded chicken salad was AMAZING. Perfectly spiced and a good portion for the price. ALSO, There was a slight mix up with our order, but the manager (who was very professional) took care of it. 10/10 i would go again and recommend anyone try it.
I had only ever eaten Ramen at Mecha and wanted to give this place a try. The broth was just okay. Portion sizes were good.There wasn't much variety of things inside the bowl. It was basically noodles, scallion, pork and egg. It was alright. Could I have gotten all the things Mecha includes standard? I wouldn't know because this place is so sorely understaffed, or at the least it was the day I had lunch there. The waitress never brought our drinks. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our Ramen. All the food came from the kitchen staff who hurriedly returned to the kitchen. I asked for a water refill and never got it. By the time the meal was over, the waitress came by and told us that she didn't know how to make our drinks and the bartender wasn't in today. Okay.... The meal was over and I didn't bother flagging her down for the check. We just went to the cashier's station, paid the bill, and left. The food was meh and the service was poor. I would not recommend this place. Did I mention it was Valentine's Day?
First time at the Noodle Shack and I'll definitely be back. Service was friendly and attentive. Ordered the Tonkotsu ramen. Portion size was generous. The pork was absolutely perfect for my tastes, tender and fatty. Ginger was very fresh, and the broth was excellent. Noodles were good, not great but it didn't take away from the overall excellent ramen. It hit the spot on a chilly fall day. I do wish they offered at least one or two craft beer choices. Beer selection wasn't great.
