Had an appointment scheduled for my daughter for months. I called to ask a question about the upcoming appointment and was told no appointment was scheduled and I would have to wait another 3 months for an appointment. They were extremely unprofessional . Don’t waste your time.

Wasted time there they said we didn't have an appointment ever though we planned it months since I got covid-19 and Im disappointed plus the receptionist sounded all sassy with us
Had my newborn daughters hearing test here (she originally failed screening test in just one ear when she was born which we were told might be due to fluid in her ear). This place claimed she had hearing loss in both ears. We had to go to ENT, extra visit to pediatrician and then ended up going to Stony Brook hearing department to repeat the same exact tests which turned out that to my daughter actually doesn’t have a hearing loss, and it was just fluid in her ONE ear. And now they send me a bill for 400. Never will I go to this place again. Recommend do your research and go to a private office because these hospitals (especially this one) will rip you off and theres “nothing they can do for you except put you on their payment plan”. Now because of their unprofessionalism, Im going to get another such bill from stony brook (whom I should’ve seen in the first place).
Had 3 appointments in the past where I had to wait over an hour with my 1 year old daughter. Here again and waiting over an hour and a half for the doctor. Extremely long wait if there was somewhere else to go I would.
The best ENTs and audiologists are her. Two family members received cochlear implants here.
