Excellent! Above and beyond stringing by Ed. As for some of the poor reviews, my experience was nothing like that. Getting my racket strung was smooth and simple. Drop off. Pick up. Easy. Ed wasn't a slight bit rude. Something tells me the other reviews are not telling the full story. Edit- Ed, I got in the building, left you my racket, you had it strung fast, I came back for pickup. You communicated clearly with me. Quick and without any problem. I never got stopped by any glass door.

Ed’s reputation as an artisan and craftsman is very-well deserved. Not only will he provide you with a great service (my racquets came out great), he will also provide a highly personalized service— answering questions, detailing the exact specs of your racquet, and stores your stringing history. He even called me when he suspected that I was confused about a certain spec of my racquet. I have also begun to appreciate the nuances of different strings and tensions thanks to Ed!

Ed is a professional! Treat him politely and he will reply in kind. It's in your best interest. Ed is a trove of great advice for your tennis ( strings, grips, rackets, etc.). To me, he is the best tennis racket stringer I have worked with. Keep up the great work! I appreciate it.

Yes, as per my prior review, it did happen. The owner was stringing a racquet. The glass door was closed and I told him what I needed with all the racquets in my hand. So on top of being rude, now he lies about the encounter. There is a new Tennis store on Hillside ave, by the Ihop, I went there immediately after and the owner was polite and offered great service. Go there instead of this guy.
