They did a great job of instillation a few years ago. Had to have a software issue resolved and a damp lead on one of cameras. After calling a few times they did not honor appointment then just showed up the next day unannounced. Charged 200 for 2 hrs work. Mostly the technician just played with our dogs. I think the actual work was 1/2 hr. If your not a big company avoid these guys.

The customer service is horrendous. They do half the job and require you to call them to come out and fix it just to charge you again and again.... stay away
Candlewood Suites Jersey City happy customers. I've used New Jersey Solutions at the last 3 hotel properties that I've worked at and never been disappointed. They are always professional and handle any questions and last minute request without hesitation. In addition, they are quick to respond if I have any follow up questions about the equipment. Would recommend them without hesitation.
New Jersey Solutions has provided excellent service from the moment we contacted them. Staff is very knowledgeable and always available. Service calls are attended to in a prompt manner. The techs are professional and take the time to explain any issues. I highly recommend them!
Great when your buying. Gives you what you need at a good price. As far as the customer service when you need help or have a problem (after you buy).. it’s nonexistent.

This company is grossly unprofessional and incompetent. Several attempts were made to have our cameras adjusted and also repaired. Multiple chances were given to this company to rectify the issues that we are having with their defective products and weeks later nothing. I was given several different dates and times of when someone would be out to correct these issues and each time, no call/no show. I can only imagine that one of their 3 employees wrote the one and only positive feedback as I highly doubt it's valid. They clearly don't care about the customers by treating us this way. I highly advise anyone that come across this site to RUN LIKE HELL!
