Was in New Orleans for the holiday and ventured out for an adventure! The entire staff, including the pilot, was friendly, hospitable and genuinely glad to have us there. Great way to see New Orleans! Great experience from beginning to end!

I'll start by saying that we did receive 5 star treatment from every single staff member. The price cannot be beat for what you get out of an aerial tour. Everyone was friendly, the pilot provided a great tour with breathtaking views and lots of good info. Directly after we left my wife told me it was the best birthday gift she had ever gotten. We had to reschedule our initial appointment due to weather, which is understandable as the company can do nothing to control the rain. There was even some concern on our rescheduled time because of weather, and I would have totally understood if we had to cancel altogether. My only issue is that I found out after booking that if the trip needs to be cancelled completely due to weather, you as the customer will not receive a refund. This is a policy that is stated on their website as well as on viator, but I personally think it is a bad policy and bad business. The pilots can't do anything about the weather, but neither can I, and I don't think anyone should ever pay for services not rendered. Again, we received top notch service, but this review would be much different if we went back to Florida 260 short without having done the tour. Thank you so much for an amazing memory!

This place is AMAZING! The staff and crew made one heck of a memorable birthday for my girlfriend. Easily one of the coolest things that I've done in NOLA in a really long time. I can't wait to go up again!
