This is now a "event" center (709) and a total scam. It's filthy, bathrooms without toilet seats. Food not being handled and served properly. For Mardi Gras there were supposed to be grandstands. As far as we can tell there have never been grandstands there, total scam. Check out bbb on this place!

What an amazing evening. We ended up here with a group of four friends unexpectedly because their favorite restaurant was booked but had learned of good things about this Cibugnu. Unable to pick exactly what we should get from the very creative menu my wife convinced our group to partake in the chiefs tasting. And what a good choice it was. Nick Vella's shy temperament is a sharp contrast to his bold dishes. This is someone who is just simply excited about food and gifted with that special skill to create complex flavors in what sound like simple dishes. Do yourself right and take an evening out with Chef Nick and some close friends for an exploration of some classic dishes presented in a new and wonderful way.

Spent well over 100 here today, the weekend before Mardi Gras. My last trip to the bar, the owner tried to sell me a discount card for 10. I was already expecting this, as my girlfriend had told me about her experience a bit before. I walk up to the door, hear about the "discount card" and say, "great, I don't need to hear your sales pitch, just sell me the card so I can go buy my drink" The owner then says, "no way" "you've had to much to drink" and won't sell me the card?!?!? What! I don't want to listen to you flap your lips so I'm not allowed in?!?!? I told him I was going to review him on yelp for this. He walked away, then the other employees proceed to tell me the owner has plenty of money and isn't concerned with customer service. And this is Mardi Gras! Don't waste your time on this place. I'm sure the employees are great. I had a very nice conversation with both the bartender and the door man, before the owner reared his ugly head. If I were reviewing based on that interaction I would have given more stars. But customer service begins at the top, if the owner can't get it right, due to his own arrogance, then the employees have nothing to strive for. Don't waste your time.

Found a cockroach in our food, they tried to pretend it didn't happen and still tried to charge us for the meal.
