Ragazzi's-Great little place! April 19, 2012 I visited this restaurant for the first time several years ago. It was owned by different people back then and I really liked it. Just took a friend a couple of weeks ago for the first time since the new owners took over. I was NOT disappointed! GREAT food, fast friendly service, and decent prices. The place was packed, which is always a good sign! The owner came out and asked us how everything was and I spent a few minutes telling him about our experiences past and present. You have to try it. It's family friendly and still a great place for a date without breaking the bank.

This restaurant is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes we would get excellent service and great food. However, we decided to stop going here. If ever they mess up a meal they get extremely defensive and give us an attitude. We rarely complain unless it is necessary and the attitude that followed was rude and mean. I would say this was a one time thing, but the attitude is pretty consistent among everyone we have had to talk to. Not worth it anymore.
Very happy with the pizza. Wonderful flavor. Other entrees have been above expectations as well. Unfortunately, the service staff tends to be inexperienced. 5 stars for food, 3 stars for staff. Will continue to dine there regularly.
They have gone downhill I will never order from here again. The food used to be good and the portion size was decent. I paid 10.00 for some noodles and oil that would be enough for everyone to have some but I got the delivery and it was enough for one person. House salad was so small and is way over priced. I will never order from here again and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I'm sure they will be out of business soon. Don't eat here you will be disappointed, such a rip off. Can't believe I spent 40.00 here and still have to cook cause kids are still hungry.
This is Italian food to die for. The food portion is very generous for how good it taste. Great customer service and great servers.
sat down for dinner at 6:30 placed our order (or so we thought). at around 7 the waiter came over to say they were out of the Penna pasta used on the tour of Italy and we agred to another pasta. AT 720 we still had not received our meal. We asked about it and another waiter came over and said that the order had not been put in. She said she hoped that we would give them another try, This was the other try two weeks ago they were out of the soup that was to come with the meal.
I can see why the restaurant is ALWAYS empty by both the reviews & my experience dining here myself. Unfortunately from what I understand the owner is rarely present to assist or greet patrons. This place I can tell you will be OUT of BUSINESS soon.
This was the WORST dining experience I have ever had. DO NOT ORDER FROM RAGAZZI'S. First of all, the prices and time to deliver were over priced and over due, but we were still giving it a fair chance...BUT, our ORDER WAS WRONG, mind you, I went over the order with the girl twice because I have two children that will only eat cheese pizza. We were also missing food. I called to explain the situation, thinking of course they would accomodate us and the girl flat out said there is nothing they would do! They would not give me back my money either. They said the owner would not talk to me either. They obviously do not understand having a toddler and child, NOT KID FRIENDLY, because the male manager said to pack up my kids and drive up there with the pizza...I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THESE PEOPLE ARE IN BUSINESS. I completely feel the guy Mike who wrote a review before me...it is basically the same story, I guess they rip people off often! I will be letting all friends know not to eat here!
