Storm king never disappoints. Beautiful vast grounds with grand sculptures. Great to rent a bike and tour the property or make a picnic! Always am enjoyable time. We visited in October and the fall foliage was gorgeous.

I wished I found out about this place years ago! The sculptures are gigantic, simply breathtaking! I love how they have the grounds landscaped to compliment the sculptures! I was there all day & still did not cover the entire grounds. Planning to go back in another week - I'm sure the Autumn foliage will make a perfect boarder for the artwork!

Lots of people brought their own picnic lunches too! It’s well worth planning ahead and booking ASAP! Since the art center is limiting the number of visitors, you may feel like you have the sculptures to yourself!

It's a beautiful place. When you go, try to think of it less as an art museum and more as just a park. A park that has some extra sculptures and weird stuff! The sculptures are very unusual and interesting, but sometimes it's just not the best fit for people. If you find yourself judging the sculptures, focus on how beautiful the space is - the fields, the water, the hills, the forest. It would be a great park even without the sculptures. It's a great place to bring kids too. Lots of space to run around and play, and lots of refreshing things to look at. My family and I took silly pictures in front of the sculptures and had fun guessing what their titles might be. I'm adding a couple pictures of the park (but no pictures of the sculptures themselves though).

Always love going here but was curious how they were handling things with the pandemic. They were extremely cautious and even with timed ticketing, there was a delay in letting cars come into the park. Once going in, it was easy to find parking and you can tell immediately that they have extremely limited attendance because no matter where you were, it was extremely empty and rare. Feels like you get to enjoy the place all to yourself. Tried the take out lunch boxes that were really delicious and the picnic areas were extremely clean and safe with proper spacing between chairs. Highly recommend to purchase your tickets several days in advance if going on a weekday and as soon as possible if planning to go on weekends. They are currently all sold out for weekends in September. Safe place to enjoy fresh air and lovely sculptures. ️
