Pathetic customer service. The worst customer service I've ever received at any restaurant. I ordered on grubhub and clearly wrote down no onions/sin cebollas and my order was covered in onions. I called and they were hesitant to offer to correct their mistake. Eventually they said they would replace it. I waited an hour and nothing. Finally I called back and they refused to correct my order. They gave me every excuse possible even saying they're not doing any more deliveries today despite still taking orders via gruhub and just delivering the incorrect order. Their whole demeanor was as if they could care less about the customer. I had to contact grubhub directly to get a refund. I'd give 0 stars if I could. These guys are terrible and a disgrace to the community. If you're looking for latin food in the area go to Tropical Sensation. They are a block away, make better food, and treat their customers with respect.

Because this is one of the only Spanish Restaurants in this area, it seems to be the most authentic. The prices are a little steep but better than the commercial place further downtown. I have had a few items on the menu but generally stick to beef stew and roast/ fried pork. Get there early for oxtails, they sell out fast. And be prepared to take your food to go... there aren't a lot of seats/tables.
