The hookah was 25 good but they charged a 20% service fee. I ordered tea and got charged 15 for "Moroccan tea," as in a small tin pot with the tea bag hanging out was 15. Yea....not coming back. Hookah, tea, and service charge and the bill was over 50 not worth it. What a trap.

Food was good but what really stood out was the outstanding service. Super friendly and generous. Servings were a good size and plenty of pita bread!
Waiter clearly had no idea what he was doing. Seated us at a dirty table with dirty dishes, did not bother wiping the table down or bringing us utensils and napkins. We placed an order for hookah and drinks right away, which took over half an hour to arrive. I had to ask several times for the lights to be adjusted until it was finally done. When food arrived, the salmon was completely raw and lamb kabob was undercooked as well. Hookah was tasteless. On top of it all they had the nerve to charge a 20% service charge automatically. Will not return.
Do not go here!! Terrible customer service and the food is not that special. We were one of two parties there and they clearly forgot to put our order in but blamed it on "taking a while". We had no water or napkins and didn't know what was going on while all the employees were just sitting at the bar hanging out. Would not recommend.

You'd be surprised to find such a good hookah lounge in the white bourgeoisie infested upper east side. I use hookah a lot and I can attest that here you will find some of the strongest and most satisfying shishas in Manhattan. The staff is unparalleled in friendliness, seeing them every time makes me happy. I think the food is a bit pricy but its always prepared well. Regardless, drink prices are cheap compared to other UES establishments and hookah prices are on the low side when comparing to all of Manhattan. The place has a quiet and relaxing vibe, a great place to go talk about love, life, sorrows, joys, and health.
It is a great lebnanese restaurant. I really enjoyed the food.
