Best tours...... more like WORST TOURS!!!!! We were so excited to go on the ghost tour for Halloween but the guide never showed. Got ghosted by these jokers.... the irony.....

Booked a tour with them only for them to not show up. They texted our group and hour before verifying where to meet and they still never showed up. This place is a scam. Don’t patronize this business.
Same experience as others have posted. We purchased the cupcake tour through Groupon and booked a few days prior to our visit to NYC. One hour before the tour I received a text saying \your tour starts in one hour\ with a link to the meeting location. We arrived 10 minutes early, walked around the area several times looking for a guide, texted back to get more specific directions, tried calling the texted number (not accepting calls) and the main Best Tours number (not in service). 15 minutes after the hour we left to salvage the day with our own self-guided cupcake route. Groupon provided us a credit for the amount paid, but no word from Best Tours. Worst Tours.
We booked best tours they had us to meet at Cigar Village and we arrived 10mins early and then we couldn’t get in contact with the merchant afterwards! Seems a lot of people had that problem!!!
Booked they’re walking ghost tour through Groupon. We didn’t learn about any ghosts, but we did get ghosted! The tour guide never showed up. Tried texting the number they sent me a reminder from, but got no answer. The contact us option on their website was “down”, and the phone number was “not set up to take phone calls”. Total scam.
