I LOVE this place. Everyone made me feel welcome the moment I walked through the door. The front desk staff is super warm & friendly but my PT Alyssa is phenomenal. She made me feel at home and took her time to really evaluate my body and figure out what was going on with me. I would recommend her to anyone. Super skilled and knowledgeable, plus had a detailed answer for every question I had. I'll definitely continue to see her in the near future

Really kind staff and beautiful space. Victoria is an incredible therapist. I went in to get evaluated postpartum and wasn't sure what to expect but I have come out of my therapy sessions with more knowledge on the physiology of my pain and how to properly regain strength postpartum. It was worth commute from queens and every penny. Highly recommend!

Victoria Garrett was absolutely amazing in helping me with my problem of Paradoxical Contractions which causes one to have a hard time in expelling stool and to never feel completely finished, and to also have occasional leakage. This was due to my colo-rectal surgeries and the creation of a J-Pouch. My doctor recommended 10 straight days of PT and I was lucky to find Victoria at Body Harmony who made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My pelvic muscles were not functioning properly and she taught me proper breathing techniques and exercises to help me loosen and contract my muscles at the appropriate times. To my great delight I don't experience the frequency of leakage any more that I used to, and it's great to feel \finished\ most of the time. ;) Victoria is such a warm, caring and smart person who is great to talk to about anything!

I had a rare surgery on my spine/rib joints and was looking for someone highly specialized. I found Victoria at body harmony partly due to her proximity to my neighborhood, but with significant emphasis on her credentials. I was not willing to settle for a cooker cutter PT establishment like I have in the past, as I knew 1 on 1 therapy, which includes working exclusively with the therapist with the doctorate, would be required if I wanted to make progress. This is not to strip the value from busy PT offices. That worked great when I needed it for my ankle, but I knew I needed something more personalized like Body Harmony offers when it came to my spine.... Hilariously, I had no idea that Body Harmony's focal point was pelvic issues, particularly for Women. I walk in there and this point became immediately obvious. There were some things on the shelves that to this day I have NO CLUE what they are used for! That said, they are really nice there. My therapist, Victoria, has an ivy league doctorate and specializes in disorders of the spine and related joints (on top of pelvic issues), which is EXACTLY what I needed. She's very professional, down to earth, and funny once you get to know her. Her knowledge and commitment is also through the roof. She took a lot of time outside of sessions, given how unique my situation was, to gain a full understanding of every possible way she could help me, and that is exactly what she did. My pain is way down and my mobility and strength has been completely re-engineered in a way that my movement and balance works in \harmony\ with my body in a way that not only makes me a better athlete, but allows me to operate without pain. I'm very happy I did it, and if your insurance doesn't cover it, do it anyway if at all possible. It's your body and your're likely going to need it working for you...

The staff of Body Harmony are supportive, understanding, and patient. Victoria is thoughtful and knowledgable, always ready to explain the rationale behind my treatment. Her friendly, easygoing manner always made me feel comfortable and despite needing to go back to basics in many ways, I never felt judged. Victoria and Stacy at the front desk have also been so helpful in negotiating with my insurance, so that I could continue treatment. The office is conveniently located, professional, timely, and comfortable.
