I got a feminine hygiene product and later realized that it was cheaper by 20 in other stores and online. I went back to return it with the receipt and box unopened. The guys at the counter were literally making faces. Very bad customer experience. Though this store has a good variety of products, I will at-least not revisit.

This is a great old fashioned pharmacy and Village institution with fantastic service. The beauty counter is really amazing and filled with high end products. They have their own brand of products which are packaged beautifully and all excellent. They make great gifts. There is a second floor that has all kinds of medical/surgical products too.

This store saved my friends trip. Ralph was extremely helpful in helping my friend purchase a medical necessity during a stopover in NYC. He explained the products available on the phone and had everything ready for quick purchase on the way back to the airport. We were very fortunate to have found Ralph and I highly recommend their service. Thanks for being open on a Sunday!

Love all the cosmetics and perfumes. Love bigelow brand. Everything is expensive but the unique products are quite nice. Staff was a little distracted but service was acceptable.
