I was nervous at first since the Consulate in Brentwood is horrible! However, I was able to renew my passport all in less than an hour. The staff was very friendly and made sure I had all proper documents with me. I do recommend that you make an appointment rather than \walk in\ because it'll make your wait time longer. Overall this location was great compared to the location in Brentwood.

It was great no wait first time in my life didn't have to show up a 4 am and wait for hours. took me less then 30 minutes to get my passport highly recommend to take public transportation

Today I had the pleasure of working with Catherin who was able to change my husband's appointment so that he could renew his passport in time to travel to El Salvador. Catherin responded to my messages on fb promptly and addressed my concerns without delay. She gave me all of the instructions as well as the procedures prior to and during arrival. I have been dealing with this consulate for years; this was by far the best experience I had. If you need to make an appointment or change/reschedule, pray that you get Catherin. She will address your problem immediately! Stress free for once! Catherin should have another job; she could make this process much more smooth for Salvadorian nationals. I pray she is promoted and her skillset is being used in a more productive way.
