If you have a hankering for Crepes whilst downtown then this is a good place to have it if you want it in a sit-down restaurant. I always forget how filling crepes can be. Crepes du Nord have a good selection of both savoury and sweet versions. It's not a large restaurant, but it usually doesn't get too crowded. And it doesn't get too loud in there either. Staff have been nice the few times I've been.

I loved my buckwheat crepe/galette. Even tried to recreate it at home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Also, the outside sitting area is really nice ️

This restaurant serves the best crepes in New York City. Fortunately I live in the Financial District, where I'm only a 10 minute walk from this gem of an establishment. I have dined at Crepes Du Nord many times since discovering it 2 years ago. The dessert crepes are light and delicious; and not too sweet. The savory crepes are equally impressive. This is a "must visit" restaurant when you're in the Financial District! Enjoy! Ken

Super cozy hideout to eat lunch there or convenient takeout. The buckwheat four used on the savory crepes make them a substantial lunch. My go to savory crepes are the Prosciutto Di Parma and chicken and asparagus. You can't miss with the sweet ones. They are all amazing.

Blue Note is sort of a mixed bag, but the quality of the music makes it absolutely worthwhile. I was really blown away by the Harry Allen Quartet when visiting during the recent Blue Note Jazz Festival. How I could put off going to the Blue Note for so many years, really eludes me. This is a premiere spot. It does have some issues though. For one, they seem to be especially popular with the tourist set, so there is that nagging feeling that you have done something wrong. Also, the food is nothing special though it is okay. This only becomes important if you visit during a Sunday brunch like we did. My ham and cheese omelet was straight forward and a little clumsily made. The hash had an odd flavor due to an unusual combination of spices. Still, given that the admission price includes the show AND a filling breakfast, it's a pretty good value. Another detracting point is the closeness of the tables and the fact that many of the tables do not have a great view of the stage. The way the club is laid out, is, in fact, a little awkward in that regard.

Visiting from Texas. The crepes were so good! We had the savory ones. Wanted to try the sweet crepes but we were too full.

Savory and sweet crepes are amazing and unique. If you're not a fan of too salty/sweet, then this is the place to go! High chairs and cozy atmosphere.

Really wanted to love this place but my crepe was just too dry and weird. Didn't taste like a real crepe. My friend wasn't impressed with his black ham crepe either. It was also too dry.
