I decided to look into dating coaches after getting back into dating at a transition point in my life at the end of a long-term relationship. Previously, I had primarily used dating apps to meet women, but I wanted to improve my social interactions and work on meeting people in my daily life without having to rely on technology. I first met John during a 10-day workshop in Prague and Budapest. During that experience, John brought a fresh energy and enthusiasm in his coaching style, putting me outside my comfort zone while also showing me how to frame all my interactions in a positive light. In the four months since I took that workshop, I have worked privately with John in one-on-one coaching in New York City where he has provided indispensable guidance surrounding meeting new people and having positive interactions. I have also sought out numerous other experiences, people, and situations that have all worked to allow me to see who I am more clearly and push my perspectives on what my life can be like. The reality is that changing even very small ingrained behaviors is not easy, but it is possible. In the months since I've started this process I have found the loose thread of \dating and romantic interactions\ is actually intertwined with all parts of my life and personality. What, at the beginning, seemed like it needed a simple fix has required a deep re-evaluation of my beliefs, values, and self-image. I have not yet reached my end goals, but I am also definitely not the same person I was 4 months ago. Even though my struggle hasn't ended, I can say that John's help and guidance was an absolutely necessary part of this process for me, and I wouldn't have been able to take the steps that I have so far without his assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend him for someone who is serious about changing their life.

John’s art is simple but eloquent. He’s not just the ‘best’ coach, but also the most effective. In other words, he's THE man every day of his life, he lives it, and so can you. He teaches skills that will help you find your own unique path to having ‘the best life ever’. It’s that inspirational path that makes what John does unique and why I’d recommend him to anyone with a positive mindset, aspirations, and good intentions which I sincerely hope is most modern men. It was a pleasure working with John last year in New York. He's a real down to earth guy who most importantly he has years of experience in what he does. Mr. Keegan knows what works and what doesn't, and has helped many guys in the past get over their fears. Getting coaching from him has really been a game changer in talking to girls and over the last year and has made me a happier person. I can't really say anything better than that can I? It's hard work but it's worth it. If you need help in this area of your life he is a legitimate expert. I took a risk after searching on Google and YouTube for years and I feel like I've made real progress from being the sheltered kid I was. If you can spare the money, do it! I had a 4 day workshop with John in New York. His method was a refreshing change from the gruelling workshops of directly approaching hundreds of girls and telling them they’re cute all day long. It turns out that you can just be relaxed, and awaken yourself to get in tune with the world around you. John teaches you how to do that effectively by really observing everything around you. We then took time to do infield work, which wasn’t high pressure at all, since you’re just being a cool social guy and seeing who is open to talking with you. I learned how I can do more with my conversations to really connect and learn what this what the girl I’m talking to is really about. A simple conversation can be transitioned into a romantic escapade by being playful and adding flirting to your conversation, which we worked on as well. This was truly a great experience, and John gives you great tips and motivation throughout the whole day. Do what he says! Even if it doesn’t feel comfortable, you’ll realize that the best way to get better is by observing and experiencing the world (and the people) around you. It is your job to take the risks in the conversation, and John teaches you how to do so. After the workshop, it’s all about practising being social as much as you can, for the rest of your life.
