Horrible company. They make promises that they won’t keep. They waited 15 days to simply put something in the mail. They single handedly ruined someone’s holiday. Don’t patronize this store, they only care about money, not their customers.

Went to the store expecting to leave with sets of customized dog tags (over 100 worth). They told me they had to order them. I asked if I could pick them up Tuesday because I'm flying overseas and need them while I'm abroad. They said they'd have them Tuesday. I asked if I could pick them up Tuesday at 6:00 since they're open until 6:30. They said yes. Well here I am at 6:00 on Tuesday. I dragged my luggage seven blocks from work to get here. The gate's closed and no one is answering the phone. Thanks for the help guys. EDIT: they got in touch with me and said they had an emergency and had to close early. It would have been nice if they had contacted me before hand, but these things happen. They offered to ship the tags if needed, but I was able to pick them up on the way to the airport. FURTHER EDIT: I just read the response from the store. I arrived at 6:00 and they were already closed. I know because I left work early to get there by 6:00. I tried calling multiple times, I knocked on the gate, I waited to see if anyone would come out, and eventually I took a screenshot of my phone with the time and the store hours to prove the time (it was the best thing I could think to do). But we're splitting hairs at this point. Emergencies come up. And I managed to get the tags. I just wish I had been notified of the early closure.

Very rude, and they don't carry quality pants and shirts. Very unprofessional, hardly ever pick up the phone.
I'm a military buff when it comes to clothing and survival and this store has been my go to spot for 10 plus years now when I need my fatigues or a good bag to carry my things in they also have hats, multi tool gadgets and array of small survivalist items. Stop by and take a look inside if you're ever in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York. Highly recommended.
