My wife and I have eaten here multiple times and each time its been great. The food is always very well done and the service both dining in and ordering out was prompt. We dont necessarily have the most refined taste for \authentic\ asian food but we ordered what sounded tasty and it was all great. Highly recommend would eat here anytime.

We have ordered take out which was very good. My first time dining in though. The food is very authentic. Don't have photos for two dishes, the pork belly wrapped cucumber which was very good, and the fried calamari which was tasty as well, but not as crispy as traditional fried calamari. We also enjoyed the pan fried pork buns, the pork filled soup dumplings, and the pea shoots. The Overlord chicken, had a subtle flavor, and was a very generous portion. We finished with the sticky rice which was an unexpected delight, but not served in a fashion we have seen previously. It had a sweet but smoky flavor and was served in a warm slightly sweet egg soup. And I almost forgot to mention, the staff was amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant!

One of my favorite restaurants in the area. Since Hui opened, I've probably visited in-person (pre-covid) or ordered delivery 20 times. Don't let the absence of a crowd discourage you — this is a true hidden gem! In fact, my roommates surprised me with Hui on my birthday instead of birthday cake (please see the included photo of West Lake soup adorned with candles). Soup dumplings are amazing, superior to some other famous \soup-dumpling-only\ restaurants in Flushing, Chinatown, etc. The staff are kind, genuinely welcoming, and always excited to make new recommendations from the menu based on the dishes you've tried and enjoyed! Delivery is unbelievably fast (15 mins to NYP-Cornell on weekdays) as well. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Wish I could give 6 stars!!

I walked past this place many times without stopping in. And last night I decided to order dinner and it was delicious very good and perfectly spiced. I will be going back again because I am very happy with the quality and taste of this food

The food is ok, but the service and management is terrible. I ordered a pickup and was told the food would be ready between 12:00 and 12:05. I arrived before 12:05 and was kept waiting until 12:20. They probably prefer larger orders and tend to ignore the smaller one. It happened more than once to me, which is really unpleasant.
