The employees at this Dealership are by far the most professional and knowledgeable people that I have ever dealt with when buying a car. I went in to buy a used car and was assisted by a young lady by the name of Christina, she was very well informed with regards to the differences between the different car models and made my decision much easier for me. All of the employees that I encountered were warm and pleasant, from the service employees to the sales people to the manager. Every person that assisted me today was a pleasure to deal with and knew their stuff. I would recommend all of my friends and family to go to this dealership. I am definitely a satisfied customer and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Pleasantly surprised: When we walked into the Infiniti dealership we had two other dealerships in mind. Not thinking that Infiniti could fit our budget, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that Infiniti was the most competitive. They did not just fit our budget, but they were able to offer us what other dealers couldn't. Even comparing other Infiniti dealers, Infiniti of Manhattan was the most impressive in price and inventory. The process was smooth thanks to a great team and a manager that made sure we walked out happy, satisfied and thankful, for getting us in the exact car we wanted, at the price we wanted. We highly recommend you checking them out, before you make a final purchase.
Do not buy a car here! They will try and scam you any way possible. I bought a used car there about 4/5 months ago, the agreed on price was 20,000. I paid off the load in full within a couple of months and the total amount I wound up paying was over 28,000! These people are scam artists, they will not find you a fair car loan and throw in hidden fees wherever they can. When I looked back I saw one hidden fee called a "preparation fee." It was for almost 2,000. They charged me 2,000 to prepare the car! These are not upfront people. In addition when I received that car that wound up costing me over 28,000 for a used car with 60k miles on it, it had less then half a tank of gas! When I called them to inform them of what had to have been an oversight they informed me that not putting gas in the car was their policy! In addition within one month of owning the car they harassed me with emails claiming it was time for my scheduled maintenance, maintenance that they wanted to charge me another 700 for when I had only bought the car a month prior! Go to a different dealership and buy from honest people, even if the advertised price might be a little higher you'll wind up paying less in the long run and you won't have the bad taste in your mouth from working with scam artists.
We were weary to negotiate a lease at first with Manhattan Infiniti since we had read some negative reviews and were even warned by other Infiniti dealers that Manhattan would try to "low ball" us with a bad offer. However, our experience was nothing but positive. Not only did Manhattan Infiniti stay true to their word, we ended up with a very good deal, by far the best in the area. A special thank you to Richie who was very approachable and patient throughout the process. We would recommend Manhattan Infiniti and most importantly are thrilled with our beautiful new G37x.

I spoke with Jose prior to visiting their showroom and discussed what I was looking for and what I wanted to accomplish with my visit (I traveled from Philadelphia). Jose worked with me to ensure that I had a smooth experience (told me what documentation I would need, that their financing folks were not in on Sundays (ie. don't make the trek then). I was running late and he reached out to confirm when I would be there and how late the finance folks would be there. When I arrived he had all of his ducks in a row to make the purchase of my new car as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Manhattan
I was dealing with Anthony Sanchez and he treated me like a king. Well mannered, respectful, funny, and a great salesman all around. Gladly he helped me find the perfect car which now is my baby. I recommend him to anyone and evryone.
Went to get two cars from them. They lied about prices and tried to tell it was our fault. Called me to try and change date of pick up but they know I was traveling. Gave me a hard time about getting cars. Had one car picked up early and later found out was overcharged. Lucky for me I was able to cancel one car and get it somewhere else for a better price. After arguing with them was able to get money back as the gave the wrong car. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They lie and try to steal your money. The salesperson I spoke to was Toni, you can't trust her on anything she says. At first she seems nice but as time goes on she gets an attitude and is very nasty. John Cerino is the Sales Manager and he is just like Toni. Says one thing and does a whole 360 once he gets the sales down. WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Save your time and money and don't go there.
