A service from all the employees that we spoke with. We actually found it more personal looking for rings virtually than in person. They have special cameras allowing you to see great detail in the jewelry. I highly recommend requesting Kathryn. She seemed to really care about what we wanted and what we were looking for. We felt that she went above and beyond what was requested of her. She was very quick to respond to all emails, and you could always hear a smile in her voice. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does and in helping others find what they are looking for. Thank you so much Kathryn!!!

My now husband and I had the best experience at Lauren B Jewelry. My husband bought my engagement ring there and we returned to buy our wedding bands there as well. We had the absolute pleasure with working with Lauren and she made this process so fun for us. She was very knowledgable and patient, as she let us try on and ask as many questions as we needed to make us comfortable with our decision. This was a big plus for us since this was our first time making such a big purchase, it could be a little intimidating. But Lauren was very sweet and listened to what we wanted and made sure we were happy. They have an amazing selection of beautiful rings. We are both in love with our rings and could not be happier. We had a great experience at Lauren B! Even during COVID, we felt completely safe going in-store for our appointments. They do temperature checks and have plexiglass barriers between you and the consultant. Kathryn was immensely helpful, patient and answered all of my million questions, even on email.
