Went in here to make a purchase for a friend, who called about a sweater that he had placed on hold. He was quoted one price, and I forgot to confirm the price when I purchased it (my bad). Come to find out, they miss quoted him the price of another sweater. He called for a price adjustment, and was received an apology and was told 'we'll take care of you when you come back.' I go in, asking for a price adjustment and guarantee on how they will 'take care of him.' One of the associates decided to respond with 'nothing in life is guaranteed.' This would make anyone upset. The owner then tells me that he doesn't know how he will take care of him, he will have to think about it and I should come back. Anyone would be upset at these responses, and be 'aggressive' in their terms. They admit their mistake, but also refuse to give me a price adjustment, call me aggressive, and after going back and forth with them, he eventually writes out a receipt with a credit for 100, doubtful that either of us will ever return here. They will probably increase the price in order to make up for the credit. The owner said to me, 'you'd be surprised how much I remember.' Well sir, I hope you remember this situation. I hope you realize that this is not the only review highlighting that your poor customer service and your tact for miss-quoting prices to customers, therefore swindling them out of money. Maybe this was an honest mistake, but considering that there are other reviews mentioning similar situations, I doubt this was an honest mistake. Give your money to someone else, one where the owner and staff will not take their passive aggressiveness out on you and blame you for their mistakes.

Went to soho and spent hours in hear .. Amazing guy incredible designer I had my wallet Stolen from my truck and lost his name I’m so happy I just Found him on google Can’t wait to come back and get some incredible pieces

If you cannot perceive using the pics the absolute impeccable quality of the jewelry Please believe me! I have collected 6 or 7 pieces and clearly will admit I wish I had Double...I have had custom sizes etc. and the quality and precise fit is exactly what I wanted or they would have done whatever I requested....Honestly , the owner is not only caring (his responses) he IS so talented as well its a unique combination ...I'd give 10 stars , ps. not aware of any custom jewelry that doesn't require patients. Ric B.
