I shopped at their exhibit at the Feb, 2020 Tucson Jewelry Show. I am a jewelry designer. I have been in business since 2004. and have attended this show 16 times. My customers expect me to have original designs using beautiful materials. Lucky Gems had gorgeous cultured pearls this year. I was in Tucson only 2 days this year. Without Leo and his staff to help me, I would not have had time to select the wonderful 25 strands that I purchased. My only regret is that I didn't buy more ! w

Dealer of gem stone & I have a huge platform like lucky
I've been at Lucky Gems many times!!! It's a GIANT Warehouse full of an incredible assortment of gemstone beads and pearls!! Shopping there is a bit challenging because they are a true wholesaler and they have SO MUCH stuff that it's almost overwhelming!! But the employees are very nice and helpful and their prices are excellent!!! For the minimum order of 100 you can walk out with a bag full of gorgeous beads and make lots and lots of jewelry with it!!!
This review is based on the service provided by the sales team attending the G & LW gem show in Kissimme, FL in May 2018, not the store in NY. About as horrible as it could get as far as customer service goes - the group was so smug and condescending, if you are a small customer, they treated you differently and made sure to let you about it. The young guy was so arrogant and would not even answer questions I had about their product. Guess what, you get to take more of your product with you! I am taking my business else where!
